Our History

A Firm Founded on Decades of Real Estate Experience

Vargas & Unanue Invest Group was established in Katy, Texas as the U.S. operating arm of a family with more than 15 years of experience in construction, infrastructure and real estate investment across Mexico.

Our founding partners bring extensive experience developing and managing physical assets — including civil construction, machinery operations and municipal contracting — knowledge that translates directly into the day-to-day discipline required for professional residential property management.

Today, we operate from a dedicated commercial office suite at 3006 N Fry Rd, Ste 200, Katy, TX 77449, offering full-service residential property management to owners across Katy, The Woodlands, and the greater Houston area.
